No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchased themes.
When you purchase a theme, you receive immediate access to download the digital files. Once downloaded, the product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense — you will always retain a copy of the files. This is why we cannot offer refunds on digital purchases.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
- Immediate delivery: Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned
- Non-returnable nature: Unlike physical goods, we cannot receive the product back once it has been downloaded
- Full access: You receive complete access to all theme files immediately after purchase

Exceptional Circumstances
While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in rare cases:
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same theme twice, contact us immediately and we'll resolve the issue
- Major undisclosed issue: If the theme has a significant problem that was not disclosed and cannot be fixed
Each case is evaluated individually. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe an exception applies to your situation.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues and finding solutions.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback while retaining the product is theft and may result in:
- Revocation of your license to use the theme
- Being banned from future purchases
- Legal action to recover losses
