What's Included in Support

Your theme purchase includes 6 months of customer support covering:

  • Feature clarification — Understanding how theme features work
  • Update guidance — Help with applying theme updates

What's Not Included

To keep support efficient for all customers, we don't cover:

  • Custom development — Building new features or extensive modifications
  • Third-party integrations — Issues with plugins, scripts, or services not documented in our guides
  • Ghost hosting issues — Server configuration, hosting problems, or Ghost core bugs
  • General web development — Teaching HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Handlebars
  • Content migration — Moving content from other platforms or themes

For custom development work, consider hiring a Ghost developer or contact us for a custom quote.

How to Contact Support

The best way to reach us is through our contact form. When submitting a support request, please include:

  • Purchase email — The email used to purchase the theme
  • Theme name — Which theme you're using
  • Ghost version — Found in Ghost admin → Settings → About
  • Description — A clear explanation of your issue or question
  • Screenshots — Visual examples of any problems (if applicable)
  • Site URL — Link to your website (if relevant)

Response Times

We strive to respond to all support requests within:

  • 24-48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday)
  • 72 hours during weekends and holidays

Response times may be longer during busy periods. We appreciate your patience and will address your request as soon as possible.

Tips for Faster Resolution

  • Be specific — Describe exactly what you're trying to do and what's happening
  • Include steps to reproduce — How can we see the issue ourselves?
  • Check the console — Browser developer tools may show useful error messages
  • Try the default theme — Does the issue persist with Ghost's default Casper theme?

  • Clear browser cache — Force refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
  • Check routes.yaml — Ensure you've uploaded the included routes file
  • Verify Ghost version — Make sure you're running a compatible Ghost version
  • Disable code injection — Temporarily remove any custom code to rule out conflicts

  • Documentation remains accessible
  • Priority support can be renewed if needed — contact us for options
